It takes 5 minutes by walk from the hostel. The park is known for famous spot of cherry blossom.
There are many places to visit, such as National Museum and Zoo.


AMEYA-YOKOCHO(AMEYOKO) Market


When you come to Ueno, you must visit there.
Even if you are not interested in shopping, it’s fun just by walking.
By the way, is a man who said yesterday and a year ago “please buy something coz we are closing the store today”, still there tomorrow?


Akihabara Electric Town


As everyone knows, it’s the hot spot for sub-culture.
You can see people dressing up as manga characters even on weekdays.
There is our hostel if you go down the big street in the photo and turn left.
Though the address of the hostel, it is located just between Ueno and Akihabara, it takes 10 minutes by walk to the downtown in Akihabara.


Tokyo University (Hongo Campus)


Though the photo below is the famous Red Gate of Tokyo University. It takes 10 minutes by walk from the hostel to the Ikenohata Gate.
Actually, it’s very close from our hostel.
Here is my secret that when I was walking near the campus before, someone asked me” Are you a student of Tokyo University?”
And I pretended and unintentionally said” Yes I am”. Please forgive me because I took it back soon after.


2k540 AKI-OKA ARTISAN


It is a fancy area with a lot of stores featuring “Manufacturing” where is located between Okachimachi and Akihabara station.
Even if it rains, you can walk there without worries cos it’s under the railroad track.


Japan Football Museum


The announcement of national team members for the past world cups has been conducted in the building.
It is 15 minutes by walking from the hostel.
So please stop by there if you like football.
It exhibits a lot of things which football fans would love to see once in life.


Tokyo Dome


A lot of people come to Tokyo for live concerts.
The hostel is unexpectedly so accessible to Tokyo Dome that it can be reached just two stops by train.
We are looking forward to welcoming the guests who are looking for affordable hostel around.

Access to major sightseeing area


Shibuya
25 minutes from Ueno Hirokoji station by Tokyo Metro Ginza line.
Harajyuku宿
From Yushima station, take Tokyo Metro Chiyoda line to Meiji Jingumae station. (about 20 minutes)
It’s walking distance from there.
Shinjyuku
From Okachimachi station, please take JR Yamonote line to Kanda station first.
And then transfer to Chuo line to go to Shinjyuku station. (about 20 minutes in total)
*For those who want to avoid transfer, please stay on board till Shinjyuku station after taking Yamanote line from Okachimachi station.
It takes about 25 minutes in this case.
Ikebukuro
It takes about 20 minutes from Okachimachi station by JR Yamanote line
Asakusa
It takes 8 minutes from Ueno Hirikoji station by Tokyo Metro Ginza line.
