| Is it possible to stay even if I am not the YH members or youth? | Yes. The hostel can be used by any guests with understanding it is characterized as juvenile facility. If you are under 20 years old, you need to be permitted by your guardians so please make a reservation from them. Also please make sure there is no problem with the usage of bunk-bed (going up/down). |
| What do you mean by “self- services”? | It is explained as follows. ◆Bed sheets are prepared on your bed so that you can set them on your own. (There is no need for cleaning up when you check out.) ◆Amenity including tooth brush and paste, towel etc. is additional charge except for special plan. ◆Please clean up the self-kitchen after using it. |
| Is it possible to go in/out through the night? | Yes, there is no curfew here after you finish checking-in within the reception time. We will let you know the details on your arrival. |
| Is there any single room? | We have several room types from twin to 6 people and can offer it as single room for group leader. For individual guests, it can be provided during off-season with extra charge only if we have enough vacancy. |
| Is there any dormitory(share) room? | No, we don’t have any share room. If you want it, please check Tokyo Central Youth Hostel |
| Is cash-less payment available? | It is available for individual guests (less than 9 people). We take major credit card companies. Please contact us about the payment for group reservation in advance. |
| Is it possible to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out? | It is free to leave from 7:00 to 24:00 on your check-in and check-out day.(except closing days) However, basically not free if it is over night. |
| Do you have the parking area for car/bicycle? | No, Please make use of the parking lot around here. |
