Meeting room
45 people can have seat with table. Without tables it can accommodate up to 80 people.
Remove all the chairs and tables from the room, and 100 people can fit.
Not only for bussiness meetings, it used as a music club and lectures.
We also provide coffee and tea with charge.
*You can have drinks but not meals.

How many people can fit in the meeting room?

When do you start taking reservations?
Reserve as early as 1 year for 10+ person groups. For individuals it opens one month in advance.
Group with stay; e.g. 15th of Octber starts one year before October.
Group without stay; e.g. 15th of October reservation starts 1st of September at 10am same year. -
Can we drink and eat in the meeting room?
Having drinks and snacks are allowed in the meeting room.
Please use dining room on the 19F for proper meals. -
Can we sell items and have a market there?
As long as it is not illegal, yes you can.

Can we play instruments?
Yes. However please avoid to make too much noise on following period; 9am-10am, and after 8pm.

Are these microphones free?
We can provide 2 wireless mics with no charge.

Can we rent laptop and projector?
Yes, 1000yen each per item / time period.

Can we use there for a short period?
If we have no reservations and you only need it for about 30 minutes, you can use it for free.

When we booked evening and morning period, should we remove all the stuff out?
You can leave your belongings with us.
Between each booked period there is a 1 hour free time, if you book two periods together you may use this 1 hour. In special circumstances however, we may need to ask you to leave during this time. -
Group booking dropped to less than 10 people, what happens to meeting room reservation?
If your date is earlier than reservation open for individuals, we will cancel your booking.
If we already opened reservation for individuals, you can keep your booking, although the meeting room charge will be changed as individual persons reservation.
