Are the rooms shared (dormitory style)? Unlike other youth hostels, Sapporo Kokusai Youth Hostel offers private rooms as well as shared rooms.
I am going with my family, do you have private rooms? Private rooms are available. bathrooms and toilets is shered.
How much is the fee for children? 4 yrs-15yrs old is 3,300 yen. under 3yrs old are free no matress (or need 3,300 yen matress fee).
What kind of rooms are shared rooms (dormitory style)? 4 curtained beds, personal lockers with locks
What time do I need to check in? Check-in time is from 15:00 to 23:00. Please note that it takes about 1 hour and 50 minutes from Chitose Airport to YH.
What time can I take a bath? From 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. the next morning. Shower rooms are available until 10:00 the next morning.
Are towels and amenities provided in the rooms? No, we do not have them. Please bring your own towels and nightclothes.
Body soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer are available in the bathroom.

About Smoking Smoking is prohibited in the building and in the Hostel Area
I will arrive in Sapporo early in the morning. Can I just leave my luggage before checking in? The front desk is open from 6:00 a.m., so you can drop by directly and we will take care of it.
Can I just park before I check in? If you wish to park before check-in, please be sure to ask at the front desk. For parking after check-out, please contact the front desk.
Is Wi-Fi available? Available in guest rooms and in the lobby. (*Wired LAN is not available.)
Is there a parking lot available? Parking is available for guests only. There is no charge. Please be sure to pick up a parking permit at the front desk and place it on the dashboard of your car or in an easily accessible location.
Are there parking spaces for motorcycles? There is an indoor motorcycle parking lot.
The shutters are usually closed, so please ask at the front desk or use the intercom next to the shutters.
The motorcycle parking lot can hold about 6 bikes. No reservations can be made in advance. If the parking lot is full, please use the same outdoor parking lot as for cars. If you leave before 6:00 a.m., you will not be able to use the indoor bike parking lot. In this case, please park in the outdoor parking lot.
